We are looking for one individual who will be responsible for residential (single family and condo) sales leads and opportunities. These properties are outside the focus of most agents at our office which creates a need for this position. Leads will be given to the Residential Specialist on a referral basis and this person is expected to develop their own pipeline as well.

Requirements:

Solid real estate transaction history.
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently.
Computer proficiency.
Illinois Real Estate Licensee
