Where We Start

Our office works with new investors as well as individuals and organizations that have acquired many properties.
We begin with a discussion of your goals, and how we can help you accomplish them. We'll talk about why you want to
purchase something, answer your questions about the market, and discuss how you will finance a property.

The Search

Once we know what your goals are, we start looking and along the way prepare you to complete a purchase.
Sometimes the perfect opportunity presents itself quickly, but often it takes time to locate the building you
want - we work as long as it takes to achieve your goal.


Closing the Deal

Our experience over years of selling properties in Chicago means we are ready for the issues that might arise.
We work to minimize issues before the grow into problems, and focus on achieving a smooth transaction for all parties.


After the Closing

We want to be a long term resource for our clients. We continue to be available and provide support for questions
